This website — Moon Roofing Guide — does not offer accounts, comments, or logins. This page describes the measurement, phone inquiry, and written inquiry handling that may run on the public site.

Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 or Plausible is enabled, those services may collect page views, approximate location, and device information according to their own policies. GA4, when enabled, is configured with IP anonymization.

Clicks on this site's phone links may be recorded as an analytics event with the page path and a placement label. A click is not a completed call or a qualified lead. Successful written-inquiry submissions may be recorded as an analytics event with only the page path and a form-placement label. Names, contact details, ZIP codes, messages, and submission IDs are not sent with either event. Referrers and UTM parameters are not sent with those events.

Phone inquiries

Callers can voluntarily leave a recorded voicemail after hearing a recording notice. Caller number, call time, duration, voicemail, and an automated transcript may be collected. Twilio handles the calls, stores recordings, and processes transcription. SendGrid delivers voicemail alerts and transcripts to the business inbox. That information is used to review inquiries and return calls. This pilot does not automatically forward calls or voicemail to contractors.

Written inquiries

Homeowners may voluntarily submit a roofing inquiry form with a first name, ZIP code, a description of the help they need, a preferred contact method, and the matching email address or phone number. Submitting the form allows Moon Roofing Guide to contact the homeowner about that inquiry. The hosted record is the source of truth. It is stored in the existing Supabase Postgres project used for shared hosted inquiries, using credentials kept on the server. A copy of the same fields may be emailed to hello@moonroofingguide.com through SendGrid, using a verified Moon Roofing Guide sender. If a validated email is provided, it is used only as Reply-To. The homeowner address is never used as the From sender. Email delivery failure does not remove the stored inquiry.

When the private Fieldwork dashboard on the operator's Mac is running, it may import a copy of those hosted records over an authenticated, read-only connection. Importing does not delete the hosted record. Local copies, including any review notes, remain on that Mac and in Fieldwork backups.

Hosted inquiries can be removed through an authenticated delete endpoint that uses a separate administration credential, not the Fieldwork import token. Hosted deletion removes homeowner personal fields and keeps a non-personal tombstone so the same submission ID is not listed again. A local Fieldwork copy can be deleted in the dashboard; that local deletion is a separate operation and is remembered so a later refresh does not silently recreate it while the hosted record still exists. Deleting one copy does not automatically delete the other. This site does not currently run automatic deletion, hosted backups, or a published retention period.

The quote worksheet runs in the browser and is not submitted to a server.
